- Our Telepractice and Professional Training Webinars: we utilize TurboMeeting, an online video conferencing system, as a platform for telepractice and professional training webinars. TurboMeeting is a HIPAA compliant, real-time videoconferencing platform that allows clients and TES professional service providers to engage in face-to-face assessments, interventions, trainings, and consultations. Our therapists offer an innovative, cutting-edge approach to the delivery of effective speech and language therapy, academic instruction by special education teachers, counseling, occupational therapy, tutoring services, and much more. Drawing from TES’ Online Professional Library of nearly 100 courses, TES professionals are able to provide webinars to school administrators, teachers, and other professionals directly to their school, office, or home computer. - Our Online Professional Library: our website houses our proprietary online training library which includes nearly 100 training modules in a wide-range of fields, including speech and language therapy, behavior intervention services, special education instruction, occupational therapy, etc.
- Our Student Information Management System: our managers and service providers utilize Welligent, a web-based electronic commercial software, to store and access confidential student information. Welligent’s comprehensive database allows our service providers to schedule services, track attendance and service delivery, complete progress notes and reporting, and monitor IDEA compliance. Welligent also enables us to utilize this data for service provider payroll and client billing and reporting functions via an import into our client portal, TotalView.
- Our Client Portal, TotalView: our proprietary, password protected website, TotalView, enables clients to access school site, student service delivery, and invoicing information gathered by TES via Welligent. TotalView holds us accountable to YOU!
